Facilities Use Requests

As a service to the community, the Board of Education may allow community groups to use district facilities for educational, recreational, social, civic, philanthropic and other similar purposes when the facilities are not being used by the district or district-sponsored groups. The superintendent or designee is directed to create and enforce procedures addressing facility use and may approve or deny facility use requests in accordance with board policy.
All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create an ML Schedules user account. You can do so by by clicking the icon to the left. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The link below will provide additional information if needed:

Once your account is created you can start making facility reservation requests using ML Schedules. Click the icon to the left to reach the Log In screen.
