Snow Removal Services – 2026-2027 Season

The Pleasant Hill R-III School District is accepting sealed bids for snow removal services for the 2026-2027 winter season. Bids will be accepted beginning July 20, 2026, and must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Monday, July 27, 2026.

Bids will be publicly opened at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026, at the Pleasant Hill R-III School District Central Office, 318 Cedar Street, Pleasant Hill, MO 64080.

mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Hill R-III School District Central Office, 318 Cedar Street, Pleasant Hill, MO 64080. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is required. Bids submitted by contractors who do not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough will not be considered.
