Privit Info. Doc - Summer 2023
The 2023-2024 school year is coming up soon and it is time to refresh your student’s Privit Profile. All students will need to visit the Privit site and re-sign the yearly required documents and update any emergency contact information. New physicals can be uploaded at that time as well.
Physicals are good for two years and will be carried over if they are still valid. You should receive a notification 30 days prior to a physical being expired. Physical forms must be completed on the MSHSAA form. (They can be found in the “concussion/health” section of the roostersandchicks.org website.)
This process for the coming school year must take place after June 5th. All information from the previous year will have been purged at that time. (The Class of 2023 may ignore this message.)

PHHS Activities Director
The Pleasant Hill School District will be implementing “PRIVIT Profiles” when obtaining athletic forms on behalf of our students. We will no longer be requiring confusing “paper copies” of physical forms, emergency contact information, concussion materials, pre-participation history, student agreement and parent permission forms. PRIVIT profiles will be taking the place of acquiring these items. Parents are required to complete a profile for each student before they can participate in any athletic practice. (Cheerleading, Marching Band and Show Choirs fall into this as well.) The process will take between 20 and 40 minutes to complete. Instructions for PRIVIT can be found HERE! Please take some time while home for the COVID 19 stay-at-home order to get this completed. *Physicals will still need to be obtained from your doctor and then downloaded to the PRIVIT Profile.
